Double L Builders knows North Carolina. Our family has been in the Raleigh area for generations. Our father and his three brothers and sister were brought up in the heart of Raleigh – in fact, the Governor’s Mansion was on Dad’s paper route.
Our mother and her four sisters were raised on a farm in the Pine Ridge community, just east of Zebulon, where we recently completed a new home for our cousin.
Wake Forest New Homes
Double L Builders plans to stay right here for many years. We're neighbors - so it’s important that everything we build from Parade Homes to our newest homes in Wake Forest incorporates the highest quality materials and building practices.  We research new practices and materials and incorporate those that truly add quality and value to our homes, such as ENERGY STAR® and our sealed and conditioned crawlspaces. We are currently attending seminars and researching other "Green Building" techniques so that we can continue to build the most healthy and environmentally-friendly homes possible.
